We all at some point feel stuck, we lose our way, we feel disconnected from what makes you YOU.
The enquiry of Why do I believe that? How can I let that go? Why do I keep doing the same thing time and time again? How can I lessen these behaviours and beliefs grip on me? Without them…now what do I want for myself? Without boundaries how do I want to live my life? What do I need to let go of to allow space for my full self and way of life to emerge?
As a Holistic Life & Clarity Coach, I empower clients to see that they have a choice and in a breath they can start again. Consider first… as these answers emerge for me (because I can’t forget them once they’re out on the table!), am I ready to make the changes I may need to make? Do I want change enough for myself right now? Am I ready to lean in and let go of what is holding me back?

What if today was different?
What if today played by my rules?
What if I knew what I was doing?
What if I trusted myself?
What if I had more time, more money, more opportunity?
What if I didn’t crumble at the hurdle?
What if I took that feedback as a means to grow instead of set me back?
What if I became who I wanted to be?
What if I am already who I should be?
What if I saw my own brilliance in the way I see it in others, and in seeing theirs not undermine my own?
What if I wasn’t scared that the true expression of myself, might challenge others?
What if I wasn’t scared to let go of the relationships that don’t like me in technicolour?
What if I shed the tears freely as I know I need to?
What if I shed the trauma and grief, whilst still part of my blueprint no longer govern my sense and senses?
What if today I was clear?
What if today I allowed my awe and gratitude to life and expanse and possibility and conscious connected love to guide me, my heart and the steps I take?
And in a breath, we can start anew. We can bring our intention for what we want into our attention of the now.
Surround ourselves with how we want to be, want to feel, want to live…and over time and breaths and patience and curiosity and practice, then we, bit by bit shed the layers and move closer to the light.
