Basic EFT (emotional freedom technique)
A deeper understanding of how to use and translate two traditional yogic frameworks: The Prana Vayus and the Chakras, to create practices unique to your present needs.
We will be tuning into our wellbeing on every level and learning to respond to what we see. This will give you the tools to hold an intentional, intuitive, responsive approach to self-care and your yoga practice.
Beginners to yoga are warmly welcome, but curiosity and an openness to the many facets of yoga is a must.
