In this fifth session of The Reconnecting Series, we will be connecting to the wisdom that’s always there.
Hands up who has asked their mum, their best mate, their neighbour, and the lovely guy who makes our coffee in the morning what they should do about something BEFORE really asking themselves?
I know I have, and in a world that urges us to look outside of ourselves for everything we need, it’s no mystery why we do.
But this guidance is always there and speaking to us - from intuition, our bodies, our energetic centers, our nervous system and more.
The challenge often is, that this guidance doesn’t always tell us what we want to hear or offer us the smoothest road ahead.
So the practice is learning to not only hear it again but translate it, trust in it, trust in ourselves and resource ourselves in a way that we feel able to take those honest steps forward (even when they feel scary)
There are so many ways that we can re-hone this skill and connect back. So join me for the final session in The Reconnecting Series, where we will be opening up that dialogue with our inner wisdom through meditation, somatic healing, energy work, embodiment and honest discussion.
It’s going to be a really special session and what better way to start your Sunday than deepening the connection to yourself?
