As winter fully arrives, we are called to slow down, reflect and deeply nourish ourselves. This is a time for taking stock of where we are, turning our attention inwards to identify what we need to let go before the seasons turn to Spring once more.
This will be a friendly 2-hour exploration of deeply nourishing winter self-care + yoga.
A combination of yin + restorative yoga, embodied movement, meditation, guided deep rest, EFT, journaling + breathwork.
No experience of any of these tools is necessary to take part.
