You know there must be away to start feeling better about yourself and feel worthy of the deeply nourishing self care you know you need (I’m talking going beyond the weekly bubble bath).

You worry about what other people think if you said no to some things, set some more boundaries, delegated, carved out some more time for yourself.

You know that you have an inner wisdom, but have no idea how to access it!

You care for everyone else who needs caring for. But no matter how hard you strive to do the right thing, you never feel fully satisfied,

But how DO you slow down? How DO you start to soften? And what happens if you do? Will all the spinning plates fall?

What if I told you that I have designed a four week course just for you. This course is here to support you in a process of slowing down, paying attention and nourishing YOU.

A tender process of shining the light back on yourself to start asking - What do I need? What inspires me? What is important to me? - and begin to see just how precious and powerful you are. Precious things my love, need to be nurtured, cared for, and not just for you, but for those around you and for all that come after you.

Cultivating trust, respect, an accepting love and compassion for ourselves is vital for feeling fulfilled and happy in our lives. So as we move out of the headiness of Summer and into the cool introspective Autumn and Winter, this marks the perfect time to take stock of where we are, what has cultivated in our lives this year, what we want to grow, to let go of and how we can prepare the soil for what we want to see take root in 2021. The saying “it starts at home” is truly apt here.

Don't be fooled. Living tenderly is choosing a powerful path. A rebellious path! Against the doing, pushing, achieving, masculine driven society, that we have found ourselves running head first with to our own detriment. It’s time to rewrite the script. There IS space for you to grow, restore, heal and be nourished amongst the pulls and responsibilities of life and I will show you how.

In this course we will use life coaching techniques, embodiment practices, intuitive movement, restorative & yin yoga, energetic clearing, journaling, breath work, acupressure, self massage, EFT and meditation.

  • Week 1: Body - Mon 23rd Nov 12.30-2pm

    Welcome to the wisdom of the body. Gain powerful centring, connecting and soothing practices. Explore that power of touch through acupressure and self massage. Begin celebrating your body as a truly precious source of wisdom and experience. Learn how to listen and translate what it’s telling you. Understand how to calm your systems, so that new behaviours and ways of living can be embedded

  • Week 2: Mind - Mon 30th Nov 12.30-2pm

    Here we explore the beliefs, mindset and behaviours that hold us back from nourishing ourselves and honouring our heart’s needs. What mindset and beliefs need to be shifted so that our relationship with ourselves is an empowered one? Learn how to stay motivated to keep your needs up the priority list as the days get shorter. Bring gratitude into every part of your life.

  • Week 3: Heart - Mon 7th Dec 12.30-2pm

    We shine our attention on the heart, our second brain. Learn to tune in to your inner landscape and embrace the fluctuating rainbow of emotions that make up our experience. Honouring our emotions as apposed to ignoring or repressing them is a celebration and honouring of our humanness. What is it that makes your heart sing? How can we start loving ourselves as unconditionally, non-judgementally and tenderly as we love our family and friends? Be guided through the heart nurturing, visualisations, breath work, intuitive movement and embodiment practices 

  • Week 4: Soul Living - Mon 14th Dec 7.30-9.30pm

    This two hour New Moon ritual will bring together all that we have learnt and set the conditions for bringing these insights into how we live for good? How do we sustain such tenderness, connection and self care in normal everyday busy life? How do we keep those loving boundaries in place so we have the space for our own self-care?
